Nearly 40 years later, as Atlanta mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms or- ders the case reopened, this series uses interviews with those closest to the victims and the investigation to shed new light on these slayings. Part 1 opens in 1970s-era Atlanta, where "the city too busy to hate" is enjoying a boom fueled by the election of Atlanta's first black mayor. 8 p.m. on LIFE Movie: Black Hearted Killer After the tragic death of their daughter, grieving parents Julie and Dennis donate her organs, stipulating that they don't want to meet the recipients unless one of them happens to reach out.
