Radtke, a 1998 Red Bluff Union High School graduate, is the daughter of Richard Radtke of Red Bluff. She graduated from Humboldt State University in 2007 with a Teaching Credential and a BA in Elementary Education, and will graduate Dominican University of California, where she will receive a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2014. Radtke is employed at Konocti Unified School District as a 5th grade teacher at Burns Valley School. Rodgers is the son of the late Maureen Harris and Michael Rodgers of Riverside, Calif. He has two older brothers, Michael Jr. and Steven, who live in Southern California. David graduated from the Art Institute of California-Los Angeles in 2006 with a BS in Video Production. He is employed with the Department of Social Services for Lake County. The couple will be married on June 28, 2014, in Kelseyville, Calif. and are looking forward to honeymooning in Europe. SECRET WITNESS 529-1268 Garlic Crostini: 8 slices sourdough bread (about 4 x 3 x 1/2 inch) Extra virgin olive oil 2 large cloves garlic, cut lengthwise into quarters 1. Combine ground beef, minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoughly. Lightly shape into four 3/4 inch thick patties, shaping to fit the bread slices. 2. Place patties on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes to medium (160'F) doneness, until not pink in center and juices show no pink color, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. General Chairman of the successful event was Michelle Blunkall (not pictured) for the Red Bluff Rotary event. 344 lbs of beef were used by the various Chili Cook-Off contestants with 86.5 lbs of ground beef, 69 lbs of sirloin chopped into tiny cubes of beef, and 89 lbs of tri tip, also cubed. Selling tickets for the presentation of Baxter Black last night were Una Jordan, Grand Marshall of the Round Up Parade and Charlene Priest. The parade theme will be Women of the West. 3 Meanwhile brush both sides of bread slices lightly with oil. Place bread around outer edge of grid.
