Campus housing has changed drama cally over the past
decade. For many years, our house was the best living
facility on campus. It is now over 50 years old and has
never been remodeled or updated. Technology is changing
how our students live, learn and interact. Our challenge is
to provide a quality living environment that supports and
develops young men and will have a far-reaching impact
on the lives of our ΑΤΩ brothers for years to come.

Today's students and their parents have higher expecta ons
for their housing dollars. With significant investments
being made to on-campus facili es, we have seen the need
to mirror the university by inves ng in our facility. Now is
the me to invest in future of Gamma Gamma if we are to
con nue a rac ng quality men at Rose.

Rose-Hulman is as academically challenging as ever before,
but our chapter house is poten ally more impac ul than
any classroom. It is cri cal we provide and upgrade study
spaces and our gathering spaces must be compe ve
with campus offerings to set our members apart from the
average Rose-Hulman graduate.
