A Presentation was given by Verla Fish on the mean- ing of what our Veterans have given us and why we want to honor them on a special Christmas cer- emony as well as we do all the rest of each year. We never want to forget what they have sacrifi ced for our freedom. The ceremony ended with the song I Am American by Skyhawk and taps by Sonya. We wish to thank the VFW Borderline Riders, Cadet Honor Guard, the Wreath Presenters, Skyhawk for the music and taps, Sherry Andreasen and Gordon Cansemer, Quartzsite Town Council for their support; the Police for escorting the Parade and to Rain of The Desert Messenger for getting the pictures and event in the paper and last but not least, to all who attended the program, Thank you for being there. The Wreaths were removed to the VFW where they will hang on the lattice throughout the Christmas season. ����� | S���� B���C��
