Here's why we have some skepticism about it, though: "Bachelor" episodes are taped several months before they air, and at the time production would have happened, Brown was heav- ily involved as a contestant on "Dancing With the Stars" ... which she eventually won. Unless she did a lot of flying back and forth to accommo- date both series, we have to question whether her new "Bachelor" involvement is to any significant degree. We'll soon know. The much-acclaimed profile of beloved children's-show host Fred Rogers made its televi- sion debut last February as a simulcast by HBO and PBS — logical, since Rogers was such a public-television icon — and though we know of no immediate plans for PBS to run it again, we'd expect that will happen eventually. Q : I heard that Al Pacino is going to do a TV series. What's it about? — Dan Clinton, Port Orange, Fla. A : He is. The iconic Os- car winner is continuing his leap into the streaming world — following his role in Netflix's Martin Scorsese-di- rected "The Irishman" — with "Hunters," a forthcoming Am- azon drama about seekers of former Nazis in late-1970s New York. Those known as the Hunters set out to prevent them from starting a Fourth Reich in America. Jordan Peele is an ex- ecutive producer of the project, which also includes Logan Lerman, Josh Radnor ("How I Met Your Mother"), Carol Kane, Saul Rubinek, Dylan Baker and Lena Olin in its cast. Pacino has done television before, in such HBO projects as "Angels in America" (for which he won an Emmy) and "Phil Spector," but this will mark his first sus- tained series role.
