Michigan Alpha brothers of all generations
connect during Homecoming 2019
Robert Hibbs '46 moved to the San Francisco Bay area after graduating with his MBA in 1946. He managed two
businesses: his farm and pharmaceutical management. Robert retired in 2004 at the age of 80, and is now 95 years old. He
enjoys spending time with his five great-grandchildren and he'd love to hear from any brothers from his era at Michigan.

Douglas Rasmussen '59 recently published Muskets, Crowns, & Liberty: A Journey Through a 40-generation Ancestral
Family Line and Discovering It's Legacy, which is available on Amazon.com. Douglas is active in several ancestral
organizations, including Sons of the American Revolution, Order of Founders and Patriots of America, General Society of
Mayflower Descendants, and Order of the Crown of Charlemagne. He lives in Holland, Mich.
Richard Chamberlin '61 spends his time helping his grandchildren; unfortunately, none have gone to Michigan—Evan:
Michigan State University; Quinn: Western Michigan University; Jake: University of Dayton; and Riley: Eastern Michigan
University. He's fully retired but doing some volunteer work at the Kalamazoo Nature Center. Rich lives in Hickory
Corners.
Alden Glidden '62 works full time as a family practice physician. He recently attended his 50th reunion at Wayne State
Medical School. Alden lives in Klamath Falls, Ore. Email: gliddenmdf@aol.com
Craig Haines '72 retired from the US Air Force in 1993 as a Lt. Colonel. He's been a simulator instructor pilot since 2000,
