Pace University's MS in Forensic Science
prepares students for immediate careers in forensic
labs. This science-based curriculum provides the
education and professional experience students
need to play a pivotal role in today's criminal justice
system and for a successful future in forensic
science. Graduates of the program apply their
scientific know-how in local, state, and federal
government labs, affecting important matters of law.

On-the-job experience—Classroom experience
extends beyond traditional textbooks. Students
who have completed prerequisites are placed in
forensic labs around New York City for internship
experience in handling forensic issues.

Career Services (with one of the largest internship
placement programs in the New York metropolitan
area) provide you with connections to numerous
employment opportunities in labs with the New
York Police Department, the Drug Enforcement
Administration, and the Office of Chief Medical

facilities for forensic chemistry and biology,
including a new state-of-the-art DNA sequencing
lab and specialized laboratories with virtual crime
scene reconstruction software and forensic
