gamma-Rho Zeta page 3 O ur fall semester at Gamma-Rho was off to a great start before it even began. Cade Cruzen, ΓΡ 2836 and his team had a successful summer recruitment, bringing in 64 new associate members. Cade's hard work and dedication to the Chapter did not go unnoticed and we sincerely thank him for all that he has done. We still have leaders in organizations all over campus, including Relay for Life, Soonerthon, Uni- versity Sing, LEAD team, PCS, and Crimson Wishes. Our associates have also done a fantastic job with campus involvement this semester and are looking for ways to make an impact both within and outside of the Chapter. Tyler Barrett, ΓΡ 2100 took over as High Pi after the legendary Rodger Lalli, ΓΡ 1894 retired from the position. Tyler has implemented an alumni advisory board, which serves to provide High Zeta members with a mentor. With his innovative mindset, we are excited to see the positive impact that he will have on 904 College in the future. Jack Osborn, ΓΡ 2821 held two successful philanthropic events this fall, benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Norman and our national philanthropy, Feeding America. Our inaugural Hoops and Halos basketball tournament with Pi Beta Phi was a hit thanks to the hard work of Jack and those who helped set up. Jack also facilitated our annual pumpkin carve with Kappa Alpha Theta, in which we welcomed more than 40 children from BBBS and collected over 300 canned goods. Intramurals are going great this semester with the leadership of Ben Jensen, ΓΡ 2869. Though we finished in second place last year, we are hopeful that we will add another year to the Intramural Champions fence next spring. It has been a great pleasure serving as president this past year. I would like to give a special thanks to Rodger Lalli, ΓΡ 1894, Nick Creedon, ΓΡ 2598, Zach Schuermann ΓΡ 2649, Sam Jackson, ΓΡ 2767, Connor McKee, ΓΡ 2705, and Reese McDonald, ΓΡ 2764 for being great role models and providing so many associate members a platform to succeed. As always, we welcome any alumni in the area to stop by 904 College and see what Gamma-Rho is up to.
