HEY YOU, ALPHA MU Alumnae Share Their Life Updates Judith Rose Varney '51 lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, James. They have three children: Deborah, David, and Holly. Judy retired in 2016 as an ESL teacher at the University of Texas. She writes, "After 38 years of spending summers in Michigan, we sold our lake house. We will miss it, our friends, church, and my golf ladies, but we'll always have our fond memories." She'd love to hear from 1951-54 Thetas. "You can still call me Rosebud!" Email: jvjv1951@gmail.com Rosemary "Roses" Diekroeger Palmer '52 is "happy to report we're a KAΘ family: daughter Libby Blair '74 and granddaughters Amy Blair Snively '01 and Catherine Blair Rapp '05. I gladly attended all three initiations!" Roses also has a son, Robert Dallmeyer III. She and her husband, Charles, live in Jefferson City, Mo. Joyce Chatham Bukaty '54 lived in Kansas City after graduation and worked for TWA and then Hallmark Cards. She moved to the Boston area after getting married in 1964. She and her husband, David, have two children and live in Wellesley, Mass. They also have a cottage on Squirrel Island, Maine, where they enjoy spending summers with family. Joyce began working as a travel consultant in 1980 and is now part time. Sharon Goll Bryan '60 is an attorney and partner with Moore, Bryan, Schroff & Inoue and lives in Palo Verdes Estates, Calif. She is married to Lucio Prodan and has two daughters, two stepchildren, and seven grandchildren. She has traveled to 22 countries on six continents. In 2018, Sharon was named to Top 50 Women Attorneys in Southern California. "So, as a friend says, it's been a darn good run." Carolie Potter Sherard '60 and her husband, Stu, live in Tucson, Ariz., and have two children, Jeff and Steve. She writes, "After Stu retired from the Army, he attended Reformed Theological Seminary. I changed from being an Army wife to a pastor's wife." They belong to the Southern Arizona Hiking Club, and Carolie also enjoys attending classical music concerts. Ann Bruce D'Hondt '62 says she has "happy and fond memories of my dear, late pledge sister Clayton Raker Hasser '62! (Continued on page 4) 10.75"
