Contribute Today to Alpha Delta's RETIRE THE DEBT Campaign
P
eople are asked to give all the time. Give our
time, give our talents, and of course, please give
your money! Giving and the motivation to do so is the
real key to a feeling of true commitment.
It is nearly impossible to give mindlessly
without including our hearts. Mother
Teresa said, "It's not how much we give,
but how much love we put into giving."
What does support of Alpha Delta look
like? Would you be willing to serve on
the House Corporation Board or assist
in an advisory capacity? Recruitment
volunteers are always welcome (if you submit
your name in advance). There are a lot of ways to give
back to an organization that has served you well.
Phi Mu held a large fundraising challenge more
than 10 years ago, and for the most part, it was very
successful. That seems like a long time ago and we
have had almost 11 classes graduate since then. Most
of the women who committed to a certain amount
kept that commitment. We still have a small amount
of remaining debt from that capital fund campaign,
and I would like to see that debt retired. I hope you
do, too.
While we are in a sound financial position,
and we are paying aggressively on this
20 percent residual from the total project
costs, it would be nice to be completely
debt-free. As someone said recently,
taillights off and headlights on.
Let's look to the future. Help Alpha
Delta Phi Mu sorority move forward by
participating in the RETIRE THE DEBT
campaign by returning the enclosed envelope with
your contribution today. Any money raised will be put
toward paying off the renovation debt. Hotty Toddy.
