The nighttime event, NEW to Silver Dollar City, will showcase thousands of lit pumpkins and carved masterpieces. Most prominent will be the iconic custom-designed pumpkin characters that will create must-see photo ops, some reaching from the ground to as high as four stories. And, with master pumpkin carver Barry Brown on hand, guests can take home a carved "funkin" of their own or even have a pumpkin custom carved just for them. Plus, nightly black light dance parties, along with over 40 rides and attractions like Time Traveler—The World's Fastest, Steepest & Tallest Spinning Coaster, will keep the park glowing into extended hours of 9pm/10pm on Fridays & Saturdays. During the day, the NEW Cirque Eloize Lumberjacks Show (running through October 13) will entertain park-goers with a pulse-raising acrobatic musical production show created exclusively for Silver Dollar City by an internationally acclaimed French-Canadian troupe. Plus, guests can explore the NEW Makers' Market, a vintage mercantile atmosphere that rotates out new artisans throughout the festival in a showcase of timeless craft techniques like rug weaving and embroidery to trendy arts such as hand-painted family moniker signs, custom baby accessories and more. Food at the park also adopts a fall look and palette with pumpkin-flavored churros and ice cream, glow-in-the-dark beverages and classic fall favorites like caramel apples, cider and more.
