Winery owners Steve and Kim Rulli said a lot of people take the class with the express mission of creating unique Christmas gis. Participants also traditionally trade bottles with each of their classmates and with the winery. "It's a lot of fun," Kim Rulli said. e winery doesn't worry it will lose customers by teaching people how to make wine using commercially produced kits. If anything, it has gained fans through the classes, which are held monthly, along with other events, including tastings, blendings and get- togethers for different groups. "I found them on Facebook just looking for things to do," said Fayetteville resident Haley Romero. She and her husband, Andres, visited the winery, which is in a shopping center on U.S. 401, and liked the wines they tasted and the atmosphere they found. ey decided a winemaking class would also be fun, so they signed up for one held in September.
