6A – Daily News – Friday, June 4, 2010 Thanks to 18 local businesses for their support of Tehama County tourism … and thus our County’s future. Many of us believe that tourism is the “front door to economic development.” Visitors come here to fish, rodeo, buy livestock, kayak, visit Lassen, tour the Victorians, taste olives and more. Some visitors inevitably consider moving, retiring, starting or moving a business to Tehama County. The local businesses listed below helped The Daily News to publish another annual visitors guide this year, with content promoting Tehama County exclusively. Whatever event or activity draws a visitor here, this publication will inform them about everything else we have going on … and going for us. Thousands of copies of this guide will be distributed FREE through Spring of 2011 by Tehama County hotels, businesses, restaurants, Chambers of Commerce and north state Information centers. Thousands more will be distributed at the California Expo in Sacramento this summer. This year, the Tehama County Visitors Guide will also be published online through May of 2011 as an interactive page-turn e-edition, right on the front page of www.redbluffdailynews.com, the most visited Tehama County website, receiving over 350,000 page views every month. Advertisers in this special edition should thus enjoy good return on their investment. In addition, they’ve helped to support Tehama County tourism in general, which actually and potentially benefits so many of the rest of us. 2010 Tehama County Visitor Guide Advertisers 90th Annual Red Bluff Round Up Hampton Inn & Suites, Red Bluff The Loft/Reynolds Ranch & Farm Supply/ Red Bluff Sporting Goods United Country Allegiance Real Estate Manton Valley Wine Country Linda M.
