"The owner is a New Orleans native with over ten years of restaurant experience," Crosthwait said, "He moved here with a strong desire to help develop the boiled seafood concept in the area. He comes up with these new ideas, and we have a crew of really great cooks." In addition to the signature seafood boil at Juicy Tails, you can find a delicious Juicy Burger or Chicken Sandwich; a variety of Po-boys and Tacos (including Gator and Crab); a Fried Basket that features their signature house-made batter and optional Cajun Fries; Fried Pickles, Calamari and Gator Bites; Soups, Salads, Pastas, Gumbo and Etouffee; a Kids' Menu including non-seafood items; and last but not least, a short list of Fried Desserts you must see to believe! Crosthwait says to keep your eyes peeled in the near future as they are, "working on a few new items to be added exclusively to the Rogers location menu."
