e Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County held a block party downtown on June 21.
Called the Off the Hook Art-Sea Boil & Brew, it featured a free seafood broil, beer, live artists, prize giveaways, DJ music,
street dancing and a social gathering of community art lovers.
