Formal Recruitment Chairman Bailey Halpin '16 Fort Mitchell, Ky. bailey.halpin@uky.edu T he Beta Psi Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi represents not only a home for nearly 300 girls, but also an opportunity to give back to the Lexington community through philanthropy, an academic support system, and an organization of sisters that constantly encourage each other to be the best women that we each can be. Our academic excellence spoke for itself through our GPA of 3.59, which is a .29 improvement from the semester before. Needless to say, we were ranked the highest-performing academic chapter on campus both of those semesters. OVER $20,000 RAISED FOR RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE Our philanthropy event Donate for a Date, which was founded last spring, raised over $20,000 this semester and increased awareness across campus about the importance of the Ronald McDonald House organization. CREATING THE FINEST LEADERS ON CAMPUS Our presence on campus is undeniable because of the leadership positions held by many members of our chapter. We are beyond proud of Student Body Vice President Kat Speece '17, Panhellenic President Regan Martin '17, and the other women holding positions within organizations such as Dance Blue, Student Activities, and others. It's because of these successes that we consistently have an amazing recruitment, resulting in our chapter being the largest on campus. We also do not need to recruit in the spring, unlike many other chapters on campus. For these accomplishments we must thank not only the support of our parents, but the reputation established by the outstanding alumnae who came before us. I am honored to not only be a part of but represent a chapter whose quality speaks for itself. We look forward to continuing to grow and excel with the support of many. I thank each of you for your priceless contributions to Beta Psi that fail to fade with passing time.
