Request a database from your (inter)national headquarters.
o Required elements of database - Microsoft Excel format, fields:
First/last name, home (and business) address, all known phone numbers,
pledge/initiation/grad year (roll number if used by your organization),
and any other alumnae information maintained by the headquarters.
o Please ask that each field be separate and include the records of all lost and
deceased alumnae with their status noted.
Local chapter membership database if applicable.
