March 19, 2019 Beth Williston Webb 277 College St Collierville, TN 38017-2602 Dear Beth, The Pi Beta Phi House Corporation has formulated exciting plans for the Mississippi Beta chapter house. Before proceeding with a final decision, however, we are seeking the advice and counsel of a select group of alumnae. As a member of this group, your input is important to the successful completion of the proposed project. To help us determine our probability for success, we have engaged the professional services of Pennington & Company to conduct a feasibility study. Please consider taking a personal meeting with Pennington to review the proposed project in more detail and provide your thoughts and feedback. Our purpose is to determine alumnae interest and not to solicit funds. All responses will remain confidential with Pennington & Company and, following the completion of the study, you will be among the first to know its results and our subsequent plans. Below is the contact information we have for you. If your contact information is missing or outdated, please let Sarah Brooke Gober Bishop know at sbgober@gmail.com or (662) 801-9607. Home phone: (901) 853-7781 Work phone: Mobile phone: (901) 826-6186 Email address: bethpiphi@gmail.com As we plan for the future of Mississippi Beta, we trust you will correspond with Carrie Bien, our consultant with Pennington, and ultimately consent to the interview. You will be contacted soon, or you can reach Carrie at (785) 550-0104 or cbien@penningtonco.com. We sincerely thank you, Beth, for this service to our sisterhood.
