With each excursion the class takes out in the community, students go with the objective to make a difference and to be united. Sally certainly makes a difference for the class and community. The students sat in awe as they admired her as she read stories and used her magic wands when asking the children to recall events from the stories and the characters in them. In addition to this Sally recently had the children's corner wall painted with elaborate detail filled with characters from fairy tales with beautiful colors. This is a magical beautiful place she has made at the library. She makes such a difference in the lives of these children, and others within the community. Sally is a gem. She is the librarian and she has inspired the kids to read, to love books. Sally makes a difference. Computer lab prepares students Students at Sacred Heart School are being prepared for their futures by learning how to use a range of computer applications. Most jobs require you to know different computer applications, said computer teacher Mrs. McCosker. In our world, practical computer skills are a necessity. This year, McCosker's kindergarten, first grade and second grade classes have been learning word processing, formatting, and drawing. More recently, her third=graders are drawing angles using computer drawing tools. The fourthgraders are collecting data on the planets and putting Courtesy photo Mrs. McCosker and her fifth grade student Claire Tobin. the information in a table in Word.
