Her pledge class of '68 has regular reunions and a yearly newsletter. They will get their 50-year pins in Stillwater this year. Sue and her husband, Harold, live in Sac City, IA. She strives to preserve the needle arts of English smocking, hand embroidery, and heirloom sewing. Sylvia and her family live in Sand Springs, OK. Email: sewnsyl@sbcglobal.net Jeannette Cunningham Young '82 and her husband, Mitch, and two adult daughters have called Austin, Texas, home for the past 27 years. Even though the rest of her family are UT Longhorns, Jeannette still tries to hang onto her Oklahoma roots. Her leadership skills from Chi Omega continue to influence her work as the director at Capital School of Austin, a private non-profit school for children with speech, language and learning differences. Merideth absolutely loves her job; it is both challenging and rewarding! She married the love of her life on October 7, 2017, in Nashville, where they currently live. She lives with her family in Stillwater, OK. Email: rachel.cox10@okstate.edu Lydia Bechtel-Edmonson '11 is completing her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in vocal performance at the University of Missouri- Kansas City Conservatory. She performed an opera in Bulgaria last summer. In October, she traveled to Vancouver to present research at the College Music Society national conference.
