She had to have them for the ‘kids’, her students in her class- room. So two forty-something-year old women were looking maniacal- ly for the sprinkles she had to have for the St. Patrick's Day cupcakes. Thankfully we found some and my BFF's mother could breath eas- ily knowing she would not let the kids down. This is how this woman is. I mean she lives, breathes and makes her life's focus all about children; her own, the ones at her school and all of the ones she has known through the generations. Frances Bonham is a mother fig- ure to anyone she meets. Her chil- dren may tell you that it is a bit much, but to the children whose lives she touches, it makes all the difference. Frances makes a difference. She teaches, she gives advice, she attends games, she babysits, she offers support and she listens. Her whole being is in service to others. She matters. No matter your age, she will par- ent you. She will tell you what she thinks and offer you support. To her, you are a value and she loves all people. This community is blessed because she is here. Also known as G-Fran, I am sure you have seen her at one time or another. She is at games of all sorts, basket- ball, baseball, track and volleyball. She lives and loves to support sports. Sometimes too much, but mostly with the biggest heart there is. She is a teacher’s aid and supports children with their learning in the class- room and their tears on the play ground. The lives she has touched are many and the hearts she warms, many more. money that you will be where you say you are going to be and do what you say you are going to do? G-Fran's family can.
