Page 3 Sigma Phi Epsilon W hen my term started, I had a few goals that were important to me. One of those goals was to enhance the brotherhood aspect of our chapter. I now realize how hard it is to get everybody to coalesce around a common goal, but I have always felt we should focus more on non- social events. I want to show the chapter that a brotherhood event can be just as fun and developmental to all our members. Chapter meetings are one of my own favorite times of the week, and I want everyone to feel the same way. Since my term has begun, we have seen a lot of ups and downs as a chapter and I hope to bring the chapter together during difficult times. However, I have since learned that the men of the chapter care much more about the SigEp experience than I previously imagined. The chapter is closely knit, and the level of brotherhood is at an all-time high. Vice President Justin Lloyd '21 has gone to extreme measures to increase our community outreach and philanthropy programs the last two semesters. Our mission is to help others who may not experience the same privileges we do. This has been an eye-opening experience to not only me, but the chapter. We have realized how large of an impact we can make on the San Diego community when we put our best foot forward and help others. The support of the executive board has given me the backing needed through all the adversity the chapter has recently faced. This term has been difficult but has overall changed me for the better. I've learned a lot. I'll always work my very hardest for CA Delta, no matter what comes our way.
