The prospective groom is a 2009 graduate and the bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of Embry-Riddle with both earning a Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Science. The prospective groom also had a minor in Business Administration. The couple are both commercial pilots and look forward to beginning their flying careers together. They plan to work on the Hennis’ farm for the season and are always searching for flying opportunities. The couple plans a June 5, 2010, wedding on the Hennis’ grass airstrip in Nampa, Idaho. Cut fat from beef, and brown meat quickly on both sides; place in casse- role on top of onions. Pour about 1 / 4 cup water into drippings, stir, then pour over onions and meat; add just enough more water to cover onion layer. Sprinkle parsley, salt, pepper, thyme, and marjo- ram over meat; arrange potato cubes on top. Cover and bake in a slow oven ( 300'F) for 1 hour. Arrange carrots and peas over potatoes, and contin- ue baking in 300'F oven for 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Makes 6 servings.
