Recruitment Barbecue Offers Alumni Opportunity to See Library Remodel P lease mark your calendars for 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, for a joint barbecue with the active members at the house. e evening will be the unofficial start to spring recruitment. ere will be several candidates in attendance who would love to hear why we went Greek, why Sigma Nu, and how our experiences prepared us for life. is is a great opportunity to meet some of last year's very successful recruitment class, reunite with your brothers, see the library remodel, and see other improvements that might have been made since your last visit. BEFORE AFTER NOTHING BUT GOOD VIBES AT GAMMA CHI T he advisory board is alive and well, overseeing a significant resurgence in the house. As you've read, the active roster is now up to 70 members. at's something we couldn't have imagined a few years ago. e chapter is flourishing and very interested in more alumni functions. Right now, we have quarterly advisory meetings with the executive council, four to five leadership development program (LEAD) meetings with the seniors, Career Night, and a resume/interview skills workshop. We try and pair each member of the executive council with an alumnus, although we do fall short a bit. Others who have kept in contact with brothers from those years are also welcomed to attend. ere is a block of rooms blocked there that non-members can reserve by letting them know that they are with the Sigma Nu Reunion.
