One of Siloam Springs many value propositions Nathan touts to prospective employers is the number of community partnerships and the high quality of the workforce. "We have partnered with the school system on several different projects for workforce development," he said. "at's really key anytime you are trying to recruit a new company to come to your community. It is all about workforce stability and quality." "When you are at 2.7 percent, like we are, you have to make sure you have a highly skilled workforce to make sure those companies are still attracted to your community," he stressed. "When unemployment is that low the school district has to well prepare their students for the workforce. e Siloam Springs School District does a really great job of preparing our students."
