MaRCh 17 - 23, 2019 N ow that there is a Juicy Tails in Rogers and Fayetteville, you can have yourself a backyard-style Cajun seafood boil no matter which direction your day takes you. The General Manager of the Rogers location, John Crosthwait, got his start with the company down at the Fayetteville location half a decade ago — the year they brought their New Orleans style seafood concept here. "It was the first restaurant of its kind in Northwest Arkansas," says John. Cajun food is known for its bold, spicy herbs and its rich, buttery sauces. It's plain to see when you visit this restaurant: There's no way to be unhappy around this food! There's no better way to end a stressful work day than to sit down with friends and family, drink some cocktails, crack some shells, clear your sinuses, fill your bellies, and make a mess someone else has to clean up. At Juicy Tails, you don't need a reason to celebrate the food you love, just some good people to share it with. Crosthwait says the most popular items vary depending on the time of year, but, "if it's crawfish season," he says (which runs between Valentine's day and July 4th), "that is the most ordered thing. Our vendor partners drive from Texas and Louisiana several times a week when crawfish are in season." Snow crab is another popular menu item, and most people order it Woo Pig Sooie flavor. That's right! The unreal flavor combines Juicy Tails' house- made Cajun, Garlic, and Lemon-Pepper seasonings to blow your mind and excite your senses. So, if you've never been here before, you've got to try their crawfish and, if you love things on the spicy side, ask for the NOLA Special Crawfish and experience a true New Orleans style flavor exclusive to the Juicy Tails Rogers location. "I could eat my body weight in crawfish every day," John confesses, "and the spicier the better!" The three-step ordering process keeps things simple while providing you total control over your seafood safari. First, you pick your catch. Where eating is more fun than a barrel of sea-monkeys (and tastier, too)
