KEYS TO YOUR
FINANCIAL HEALTH
Money Repair
Financial wellness has more to do with how
you use your money than how much money you
actually make. True financial health is based on
four key components: spend, save, borrow, and
plan. Your attitude and approach toward money
can impact your overall financial wellness.
How do you know when you are financially healthy?
Here's a checklist:
You spend less money than you make.
You have enough savings to cover three to six months'
worth of expenses.
You feel confident that you are on track to retire when
you plan to.
You pay no more than 30% of your monthly income on
outstanding debts.
Your credit score is good, or you are actively taking
steps to improve it.
Your insurance policies provide you with enough to
cover you in case of an emergency.
