Bragg and Pope Spouses Eligible for Career Grants Workforce Development Center. Military spouses who meet the grant requirements can receive up to $6,000 for expenses such as tuition, fees, books and supplies directly related to post-secondary education and training. This grant program can assist individuals with obtaining associate’s or bachelor’s degrees, as well as paying for credentialing or licensing fees. This is a great opportunity to develop a mobile career that is transferable S  services, information technology, hospitality, human resources, business administration, homeland security, social work, paralegal studies and construction. Solid Waste Mulch for Sale, New Hours There’s good news for those of you who are gardening and sprucing up your yards this spring. Cumberland County Solid Waste Management  771 Wilkes Road. The cost is $10 for a pick-up truckload or a small trailer full; larger loads cost $5 a cubic yard. Red hardwood mulch is $60 a pickup truckload or $30 per ton for larger loads.
