The Epilog page 4 C ontinuing on its trajectory from previous years, Sigma Phi Epsilon continues to lead the way in fraternity life on the campus of the University of Oklahoma. Approximately one-third of our members were on the President's or Dean's Honor Rolls, well above Greek and university averages. Our members celebrated an exciting and successful All Class Reunion, showing the lifelong commitment and networking potential of our chapter. We are working on a long-term philanthropic partnership with the Center for Children and Families, an organization making a massive difference in the local community. And as though traditional standards of success and excellence were not enough, we are demonstrating our members' desire to live healthy lifestyles and have fun competing with their brothers. The present is full of excitement, and the future has even more promise. Our chapter GPA for the fall semester was a 3.12 overall, which placed us sixth out of the 17 IFC fraternities. We also won the President's Cup for Outstanding Fraternity at OU and won intramurals for third time in five years. We had a large fall new member class of 51, and with them we are working on more effectively formalizing our use of the Balanced Man Program and app, allowing us to have best practice when it comes to member education efforts. New member Read Streller '21 was named a President's Outstanding Freshman, a very prestigious award. Preston Choi '18 is closing his term as chair of Lead Team, and we have multiple members in the President's Leadership Class and the JCPenney Leadership Program. A full list of awards and involvement is available in our President's Trophy application, which I will send at request. We celebrated an All Class Reunion, an event which highlights alumni involvement and allows our members to see the contributions of alumni and have a very fun night with them. On behalf of the whole chapter, I would like to thank the alumni for their support and continued generosity. Clearly, we are on the path to enduring and continued success at our chapter. By focusing greatly on recruiting excellent new members, formalizing and upholding our standards, and seeking out alumni and national resources in order to improve our practices, we look to grow in new and exciting ways. These achievements are the result of the endless efforts of our alumni volunteers, parents, donors, and most of all our members. It is hard to be anything but thankful for the people involved in this chapter.
