developed and revised plans to address the long-term viability of the chapter house
and the Lambda Chi experience at Indiana University. The aim for the campaign is

keep up with the level of competition that other Greek facilities are providing.

• Repair and replace plumbing and electrical systems to accommodate the
volume/size of the house and address any safety issues.
• Install a high-efficiency HVAC system for the entire building.
• Make basic site and landscaping improvements to parking lot, property lighting,
and landscaping for structural durability, security, and aesthetic appeal.
• Improved wireless internet access throughout the facility was done in
the summer of 2018.
NEW ADDITION (Lower level)
• Add dining and chapter space on the lower level to accommodate 160-plus men
for meetings, ritual, and necessary chapter functions.
