Sherlock '14 Bowen Yang '15 H E L P U S L O CA T E D E L T A N U L O S T A L U M N I Delta Nu Chapter Reinstating ATW Traditions Send Delta Nu Chapter Your Recruits T his year is off to a great start for the Delta Nu Chap- ter. Our fall recruitment was successful. We are ac- tive in the Grand Forks community. We are united in our brotherhood to li each other up academically. We are honored to welcome four new members to Delta Nu, but we need more men of equal caliber to join us. Our chapter is proud to have six brothers actively serv- ing in ROTC: four in the Air Force and two in the Army. Andrew Owen '19, August Cadott '19, Nicholas Saal '19, and Isiah Nault '22 serve in the Air Force and Jus- tin Mayer '19 and Brett Strand '20 serve in the Army. We would like to see our member numbers grow in the spring. I invite alumni to send recommendations for potential new members to me at aaron.kreps@und.edu. On September 6, we hosted our annual Mini Master golf event to raise funds for Safe Kids of Grand Forks. We were able to raise $250 for Safe Kids before the weather shut us down. Support for the Safe Kids pro- gram is on our agenda again in 2019. A huge thanks to Scholarship Chairman Matthew Conboy '18. We continue to focus on academics and have our sights on a 3.0 GPA by the end of the school year. We are on track. Eduardo Rubio '20, Recruitment Chair- man, and I attended the five-day ATW Con- gress in Orlando, Fla., in September. Being part of this event and representing my Delta Nu Chapter is an ex- perience I will never forget. While attending, we were able to connect with chapters from all over the U.S. and made strong connections with the Colorado State and Mil- likin University chapters. We are excited to see what will come of our new network with these chapters. We very much look forward to working with the Delta Nu alumni in whatever we way we can assist in the re- turn to 3000 University.
