As an alumna volunteer and proud Nu Chapter member, she felt a calling to support Continuing the Tradition: A Campaign for Nu. "I am proud to be a part of this campaign because I'm working with a group of amazing women. It has been very satisfying to see us near our goal, and I know it will be a great day when we get there. Every little bit helps, and I would encourage all my sisters to contribute to this worthy cause." For every Nu Chapter accomplishment published in the Eluesis or e Nu's, Annette feels a surge of pride in her sisters and their ability to maintain Chi Omega's standards for generations. is pride extends beyond Nu Chapter to the nationwide sisterhood. As an advisor to the Lambda Mu Chapter at Loyola University, Annette has had the opportunity to form new bonds with alumnae and undergraduate members while maintaining her bonds to Nu Chapter. "By volunteering, it has reminded me of how wonderful it is to be a Chi Omega and how the principles can really guide your life. e first exciting experience was when Lambda Mu gained their charter. Overall, interacting with these wonderful young women and watching them blossom has been the highest point in my service." Connecting with two strong Chi Omega Chapters has reminded Annette of her undergraduate experience with Nu. Each donor who contributes $2,500 or more will be recognized on a plaque prominently displayed in the Chapter House. Donors are listed by initiation year in their appropriate giving levels.
