hapter House Corporation's mission is to create a home away from
home for the Georgia Alpha Chapter that is welcoming, safe, secure
and fun — and gives the chapter members the freedom to explore
their adulthood and independence — even if that exploration leads to
problems or failures. It is a place where the members want to hang out
with friends and a place that provides a sense of a community built on
trust, acceptance and caring — a community and personal bonds among
chapter members, the House Director, the staff, AAC, CHC and Pi Phi
alumnae.
The Pi Phi house should be a sanctuary where the members can get away
from their worries and just relax and enjoy each other or find a quiet
space to study. It is a place where memories are made — memories of
people who were important to them at this time of their lives. For some,
it will be memories of their Pi Phi friends. Others will create memories
with the alumnae, the House Director and the staff.

n a world of social networks, Chapter House Corporation's
vision for the renovation of the house is to create an
environment for human connection. A gathering place where
Pi Phis want to meet and connect. Each year approximately
21% of the chapter live at the house. Our vision is to provide a
welcoming space where the "missing 79%" want to meet at the
house for community. Whether it is for studying, watching the
Dawgs beat Alabama, enjoying dinner or a special event — such
as a Pi Phiesta philanthropy event or Parent's Weekend — our
vision is to have a home that all members want to gather and
share in friendships and bonds that will transcend the walls of
our Pi Phi home.
Sisterhood starts with community. And what better way to
start a community than to have a beautiful, fun, high-tech and
multipurpose home!
