The Hive is located in the 21c Mu-
seum Hotel just off the downtown Ben-
tonville Square. It's an ideal spot to dine
after spending the day at Crystal Bridges Museum
of American Art or wandering through the down-
town attractions.
Arkansas native Chef Matthew McClure brings
the best out of local ingredients with his refined
country cooking. Under McClure's direction, The
Hive emphasizes the unique culinary identity of Ar

kansas, while showcasing the region's farmers and
culinary landscape.
McClure's menu is true to the high south, high-
lighting ingredients such as black walnuts and sweet
onions and focusing on ways of cooking that are fa-
miliar to the region such as pickling and preserving,
making jam, and sourcing whole animals whenever
possible.
