PRIVATE DINING FOR PARTIES, MEETINGS OR REHEARSAL DINNERS AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 1 HHH RUNNER-UP: HHH OUTDOOR DINING & BUSINESS LUNCH nwadg.com/best Crabby's Seafood Bar & Grill Runner-Up Special to NWA Democrat-Gazette P atrons shouldn't be fooled by the name. Crabby's in Rogers has been voted as one of the Best of the Best by readers in the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette annual readership poll for good reason, including its friendly atmosphere. Opened in 2008 just north of Pinnacle Country Club, Crabby's has developed a loyal following of global customers over the years. As a locally owned private es - tablishment, being able to focus on one location helps provide a singular focus on quality throughout the restaurant. This commitment to excellence by the staff is what has crafted Crabby's repu - tation throughout the business traveler community and with the local residents who visit the restaurant regularly. General Manager Joey Hurt, who has worked at the restaurant since its open - ing, says that "despite being primarily known as a seafood restaurant, we have fresh hand-cut pork chops and steaks, great pastas and risottos, and a little bit of everything." Crabby's is open every day. Hours on Monday through Saturday are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. A highlight of the finely furnished res- taurant is the large outdoor patio where happy hour takes place Monday through Friday from 4-7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close, and on Sundays from 3 p.m. to close. The bar stocks fine wines, a plethora of liqour and craft beers. The interior offers a high-class style fitting a romantic din - ner or a business lunch. Staples of the Crabby's menu is their pan-seared Chilean sea bass, blackened salmon Oscar topped with lump crab meat, and sesame-encrusted ahi tuna. Those three dishes have been on Crab - by's menu since day one and are the sig- nature dishes. Hurt says the staff at Crabby's will go out of their way to "blow you away" to give diners an experience unlike any other in Northwest Arkansas. Reservations and more information are available at crabbysseafood.com or by calling (479) 273-0222.
