Dr. Lance Manning, who completed his residency at Mayo Clinic, is triple board certifi ed in Otolaryngology, Facial Plastic Surgery and Sleep Medicine. His subspe- cialty interest lies in reconstruction of nasal and facial defects following removal of cancerous skin lesions, as well as providing comprehensive care for thyroid and parathyroid disorders, nose and sinuses. Dr. Felicia Johnson completed her fellowship in Lar- yngology & Care of the Professional Voice at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Johnson also treats adult and pediatric otolaryngology, and specializes in the treat- ment of voice, airway and swallowing disorders. Dr. Jared Spencer, co-founder and director of Ozark Facial Plastic Surgery, completed his fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstruction Surgery with Mittelman Plastics Surgery Center and Stanford University Medical Center. Practicing facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Spencer's experience consists of aging-face surgery, nasal contouring, and minimally invasive techniques for facial rejuvenation. The team's most recent addition, Dr. Kevin Lollar completed an International Rhinology Fellowship at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Aus- tralia. His expertise includes nasal/sinus surgery and al- lergy treatment, including sublingual immunotherapy, as well as rhinoplasties and more.
