when we decided to include this section
in the december issue we didn't just
want to tell all of you kids what we
thought of the toys we are featuring.
we wanted toy reviews right from the
mouths of kids just like you.
We contacted our friends at mattel, Hasbro, Nickelodeon and
Spin master and asked them to help us out with some of the
hottest toys of the holiday season. man, did these toy folks deliver.
A big THANKS to the toy folks, and to mrs. Stanton's fourth
grade class from Linda childers Knapp elementary School in
Springdale for helping us out.
In the end, we reviewed a couple dozen toys, ate 12 boxes
of pizza, four dozen cookies and had a great time seeing the
excitement of the kids faces talking about their toys.
The cool thing about this toy photo shoot and toy review plan…
the kids all got to take the toys they chose to talk about home
with them.
It was a good day for the kids, and all of us kids at heart who
were along for the ride. We love it when a plan comes together!
