panel
of
judges
challenged
to
sift
through
all
of
the
Official
Kids
mag
cute
Kid
contest
entries
had
a
tough
time
deciding
on
the
winner.
A
lot
was
on
the
line.
The
contest
winner
would
win
a
professional
photo
shoot
and
be
the
Official
Kids
mag
cover
model
for
the
december
issue.
The
judges
said
"kids
are
like
puppies,
they
are
all
cute."
It
was
a
hard
decision
to
make,
but
in
the
end
Timothy's
smile
and
personality
won
out.
