Crawford is planning on multiple days, some vendors may or may not be available for all open days but produce and others will be. Vendor cost will be the same as last year, $10 per 10 foot space. Vendors fees go to the Quartzsite Food Bank. Cash or check donations will be accepted there as well. So come join us as a seller or buyer- just looking and visiting works as well. (QIA.) It will again be held in con- junction with the Operation Hero Comfort Silent Auction. Please think about how you may be able to take part in these events. Maybe you can start trying out some different recipes for soups or chow- ders, or desserts. Perhaps a nice donation for the raffl es for Operation Hero Comfort, the packages they send over seas to our men and women in harms way is still very much needed and appreciated. The Friends of Quartzsite Food Bank needs all the help they can get to help keep the food bank going for those in our community who need their services. One of the ways we do this is to hold fundraisers: • Lone Steer BBQ's Chili & Corn- bread Fundraiser: Sunday Nov 18 3pm - 5pm or until the chili is gone at Tyson Wells Show Grounds Building $6/person includes drink, dessert. • Santa's Workshop Art & Craft Show Tyson Wells Show Ground Building Sat. & Sun. Nov 24-25 10-4. Free Admission. • Soup & Chowder Contest at QIA Saturday, Dec 8th Noon -3pm or until the soup is gone $5/person.
