Their partnership with our members helps ensure a well-run Chapter by upholding Kappa Delta's high standards, following the Chapter's policies and procedures, and empowering the Chapter in every possible way. Our Advisory Board is comprised of a variety of alumnae of all ages and skill sets. Honorable The relationship between the advisors and our members can be quite impactful. Monthly meetings at the Chapter House along with weekly calls allows advisors and council members to form a great bond. Vice President of Member Education Madeline DeBuys '16 says, "My CAB advisor has empowered me as a leader and pushed me to reach my goals. I have grown so much over the past year, and I owe it all to the guidance that she has provided." Beautiful CAB-Membership Advisor Melinda Howard Goode '73 said, "Working on CAB has enabled me to form close personal relationships with multiple members of Zeta Chapter. They have given me so much joy and love. I never dreamed when I joined Kappa Delta 45 years ago I would still be impacted by the hundreds of Kappa Delta collegians whom I have grown to know and cherish." Highest Our CAB continues to educate themselves and utilize resources nationally and locally. This year, members of our CAB attended the National Collegiate Training Academy in Orlando, Florida, where they heard from nationally ranked speakers on leadership development, sisterhood, and other relevant topics. In February, our advisors also participated in a National Panhellenic Summit in Tuscaloosa, hosted by professional facilitator, Dr. Lori Hart, which focused on providing a safe and nurturing environment for our Chapter. Will You Answer the Call? We have multiple opportunities throughout the year for alumnae to volunteer.
