NOV 6 – Tony Orlando In Concert NOV 16 & 17 – Great American Christmas Holiday Show These three special performances will be presented on the grand stage of the Mansion Theatre, located in the town's famed theatre district. Orlando will also perform his "Live In Concert" for One Night Only, Tuesday, November 6, showcasing a string of number one hits including Candida, Knock Three Times, Sweet Gypsy Rose and the ever popular and patriotic signature song Tie A Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree, in Branson as part of his recognition of American veterans, service members, and their families during Branson's Veterans Homecoming week, November 5 - 11. Three years ago during the 40th Anniversary POW Homecoming Ceremony at the Nixon Library and Museum, Orlando donated his Gold Record of this Anthem Song. It is now proudly displayed at the Smithsonian Institute as part of the Nixon display for bringing our POWs home. He hosts and performs at the Congressional Medal of Honor Dinner in Dallas every year. Tony Orlando's "Great American Christmas" is written, produced and directed by Tony himself, who bills the holiday celebration as a musical tribute to the true meaning of Christmas for all ages, with a wide variety of favorite Christmas songs, comedy, magical sets, original music and Santa himself. He finished performing the show for several years in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and other parts of the Country. Reminiscent of Orlando's highly-rated weekly variety series on CBS (1974-1976), Orlando weaves together humor and emotion, bringing audiences to standing ovations time and time again. "Tony delights audiences nightly with his totally entertaining and emotionally moving look at the true meaning of Christmas," said Larry Wilhite, General Manager of The Mansion Theatre.
