TODD MOSBY NEW HORIZONS ENSEM- BLE — Led by celebrated guitar- ist Todd Mosby, the New Horizons Ensemble is a group of celebrated musicians who will perform a mix of American jazz, folk, new age and pop at the Blue Lion in Fort Smith at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 3. Mosby will also host a master class for local musicians at 2 p.m. that same day. The master class is free and open to the public, but those who wish to attend the show must purchase a ticket.
