SMEG EXPANDS PORTOFINO RANGES
AND HOODS COLLECTION
Renowned Italian-based company, SMEG,
launches 30" Portofino collection
SMEG, the Italian appliance manufacturer famed for its classic
style and advanced technology, is introducing 30" versions to the
bold Portofino ranges and hoods this month. The Portofino
collection received the Good Design Award at the Chicago
Athenaeum in September 2017.
Equipped with 10 cooking modes including a pizza function,
four gas burners, a programmable timer with touch display, and
more, the Portofino 30" Dual-Fuel Ranges offer multiple functions
for their petite size. Additionally, the hoods have three speeds,
two LED lights, and control adjustment knobs.
The collection, inspired by the famous hues of the Ligurian
villages of Italy is available in eight rich colors (red, yellow, white,
orange, black, matte black, olive green, and stainless steel). The
stainless steel range retails for $3,299, the colored ranges retail
for $3,699, and the hoods retail for $1,299.
"Following the success of the 36" Portofino range and hood,

expanding the collection to suit city dwellers and smaller homes,"
