for the 54th Biennial Convocation in Ni-
agara Falls, New York. It will be held at the
Niagara Falls Sheraton August 1-5. If you
are in the area, stop by for a chat and may-
be a cold one!

n the last edition of the Beta-Gamma Gab, two requests were made of the membership. ese
items are still considered open and require someone to step forward.
We are looking to track down the whereabouts of the jeweled initiate badge intended to be passed
down to a distinguished undergraduate each year. If you ever had possession of the badge and can
recall who you passed it on to, that would be a great help.
Secondly, we are trying to determine who donated the American flag that has a home on the mantle of
the Chapter House. We would like to properly display the flag with an acknowledgement. If you know
anything about the flag, that would be a great help as well.

ur statistics show that only about half
of our alumni have provided the CIAA
with an email. We are attempting to col-
lect current emails so that we might convert the
Beta-Gamma Gab to an electronic format.
To update your email and any other information,

document included in this issue of the newsletter
and return it via the post or by scanning and
emailing it to our alumni relations consultant,

W
hether you know of a legacy or there is a friend of the family attending Eastern in the
fall, let us know of that individual. Next year's recruitment plan will begin in earnest this
summer with correspondence from the undergraduates and alumni. We want to get as many
of these young men interested in Greek life as possible. Send your recommendations to: Brent
