J
uly 13 was a great day to play golf with your Sigma Pi Broth-
ers! More than 30 Brothers participated in this year's event at
the Bolingbrook Golf Course. e course itself was in tip-top
shape for the tourney thanks to our host, Roger Claar '65.
We congratulate Marty Morgan '82 as the winner of the longest
drive and closest to the pin competition! Questions swirled if he
ever works? Must be a cush job that requires him on the links.
Our thanks to Brian Lown '97, who supplied towels for each of
the alumni participants. He is a Country Financial representative
in Bourbonnais Illinois. anks also go out to Steve Vincent from
Pennington Company, who provided tees. It was just a perfect day.
Our goal next year is to double the number of participants. Please
see the accompanying photos to spot some of the many Brothers
who participated in this year's Sigma Pi Golf Outing.
Fraternally,
Jeff Phillips '82
