Peach Tea Tini The Sand Trap (Tara Woods) 1½ ounces sweet tea vodka 1½ ounces peach schnapps ½ ounce sour mix Chill martini glass, rim with sugar. Shake ingredients with ice and pour. Garnish with lemon. This is a good, strong, well-balanced drink, and it really does taste like iced tea. Depending on whether or not you sugar the rim, this drink would appeal to men and women. Tiramisu Mousse The Charleston SpeakEasy (Liz Perry) 1½ ounces amaretto ¾ ounce Irish cream liqueur Half & half Simple syrup Banana Muddle banana and simple syrup. Mix all ingredients and serve over ice in hurricane glass. Liz found a version of this drink while in Charleston and it was what she was drinking when her fiancé proposed! She liked it so much she brought it back to Fayetteville and tweaked it a bit to make it her own. This is a very yummy dessert drink. Martini Via 216 (Enrique Castaneda) ½ ounce vanilla vodka ½ ounce coffee brandy ½ ounce white chocolate liqueur Splash of whipping cream or whole milk Splash of Frangelico liqueur Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a martini glass and sprinkle with fresh shavings of dark chocolate and/or a dusting of cocoa powder. The layer of white foamy mousse from the shaken whipping cream and the shavings of dark chocolate that melt in your mouth set this one in the top 10. CityViewNC.com | 45
