He adds, "Having great employees is at the heart of any successful business, and theTriState Care Flight team has some of the best pilots and medical personnel in the business." TriState CareFlight has over 400 employees and 31 aircraft. 2013 marks its ten year anniversary. All three employees in the picture -Randy West, Mike Murphy, and Mike Decker – plus John Kish, Herb Hess and Dale Kuenzli have been with the company since its inception. Four of the six have worked at Parker locations since 2003, when service began in La Paz County. At present, Care Flight has permanent helicopter locations in Parker and Quartzsite, and services all of La Paz County from those locations. WE ARE OPEN ALL SUMMER! T-shirt at Prescott Fire Station No. 7, the home station of the Granite Mountain Hotshots, to pay their respects to 19 fallen heroes. Prescott, AZ - July 9th, Quartzsite Fire Chief Kevin Hess and Captain Kevin Cushman joined thousands of firefighters from around the nation paying their final respects at a memorial for 19 members of an elite Arizona Hotshot crew who lost their lives in the Yarnell Hill Fire earlier this month. There are reports that representatives from virtually all of the 111 hotshot crews in the United States sent representatives to the memorial service.
