"There's a place for fraternity life," he stated. "It has been a good part of our lives, and now it's our chance to bet- ter other's lives." He wants to ensure that future young men have the same opportunities and ex- periences as he did while at Mississippi State. Although everyone has financial obligations, Malcolm urges his brothers to give back if they can. "Think back on the good memories and use the good that we've been given to better others' lives," Malcolm encourages. No matter how small the involvement, the impact on the chap- ter's future will last for years to come. Malcolm has a good family life and hopes to get back to Mississippi State in the near future and see some of his brothers. For Malcolm, these are the things worth taking time on. You can con- nect with Malcolm at sunwestmud1@sbcglobal. net. Malcolm Outlaw '67 (Continued from front) "I saw an extension of family and a network I could rely on. It became my home away from home."
