Washington Regional Senior Health Clinic's
mission is to promote healthy aging by keeping
older adults active and independent for as long
as possible. Located in the Pat Walker Center
for Seniors, the clinic serves patients age 65+
through a team of geriatric specialists, specialty
clinics and wellness education.

and nurses with specialized training in
the care of older adults, as well as case
managers, social workers, a gerontologist
and neuropsychologists.

disorders of memory (both self-referral and
physician consultation)
Movement Disorders Clinic - Screening
