Our Proud History
D
elta Chi Fraternity has influenced the lives of over 700 young
men at Kansas State University since its founding in 1962. As
alumni, we can trace many of our best memories to Kansas
State and to our fraternity experience. Still today, many of us feel the
excitement of those days in our recollections.
Delta Chi plays a significant role in the personal and professional de-
velopment of its members. Our alumni have realized their potential by
distinguishing themselves as leaders in their professions and commu-
nities. Much of this success can be attributed to the lessons and values
we learned outside of the classroom at fraternity functions. rough
Delta Chi we have learned to promote friendship, develop charac-
ter, advance justice, and assist in higher education. Beyond pride in
our achievements, as young men we acquired valuable assets, which
included leadership skills, organizational skills, social skills, team-
work, and character—only the beginning of a long list of traits gained
through our fraternity that have made us the men we are today. As
alumni, we can be proud of the legacy we helped create and the quality
of our chapter today.
e chapter house at 1904 Grandview has been the focus of undergrad-
uate life for Delta Chi in recent years. e house is a rallying point, liv-
ing and learning center for our brothers, and a place our members have
called home for the past four years. But the residential house no longer
serves the needs of today's chapter. Now, as we look into the future, we
come together to help ensure, on a campus that is more competitive
than ever, that we remain a strong organization for the next generation.
